Scott Clements is Chief Executive Officer of Reserve Studies Inc. He has achieved the prestigious Reserve Specialist (RS) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI), and the Professional Reserve Analyst (PRA) designation from the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts (APRA). He also holds the Certified Master Inspector (CMI) designation from the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).
Scott is an active member of Community Associations Institute. A member of the Orange County Chapter Education Committee since 2006, he is co-author of the CAI-OC education program “Association Reserve Studies”. A popular author and speaker, Scott was recognized as the 2010 Educator of the Year, and the 2020 Outstanding Service Award by CAI Orange County.
Amanda L. Francis

Amanda Francis has been in the Community Association industry for 14 years. Her career has been dedicated to onsite management, with substantial experience in the Active Adult and Large Scale specialties. In 2018, she shifted focus onto High Rise management and was soon after awarded the Onsite Manager of the Year award by the Los Angeles Chapter of CAI. She recently became a permanent resident of San Diego, where she has taken over as Onsite General Manager at the Renaissance Owners Association downtown; a two-tower High Rise and mixed-use Association.
