CAI-GRIE's Mission is to advance the community association industry through positive image,
professionalism, advocacy, education and networking.
The Greater Inland Empire - The Heartland of Southern California

Hello and welcome to 2018!! It is my sincere privilege to be part of this organization and lead the chapter into the next year. CAI has been a home for me for the last 20 years and through that time I have had the opportunity to know and work with so many of you. It’s almost like a second family to me so this opportunity will in some small way allow me to give something back to those who have meant so much to me. Our chapter has always been very warm and welcoming which is a direct reflection of the quality of our members.

Our membership continues to be on the rise and will likely continue throughout the years to come. This in turn will provide new and exciting opportunities for homeowner leaders, professional property managers, and business partners alike. This year we have a number of positive changes within the chapter. By the time you read this we will be well on our way to adopting a new set of bylaws which are included in this directory for your review and upcoming vote. Many of these changes came to us as required by CAI national but our committee reviewed them and feel they are positive changes for our Chapter and will help guide us for years to come. We have a number of changes within our educational, networking and social events and encourage you all to take full advantage of our new and exciting Calendar of Events.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our wonderful volunteers and Chapter staff for their time and effort in supporting our chapter. It’s not an easy task by any stretch and these people have shown us all what it means to be a team player with their time, generous support and commitment to our great chapter.
And last but certainly not least, I’d like to thank each and every one of you reading this message. Without your generous support we could not even exist. With that I challenge each and every one of you to not only continue your support, but participate in everything we have to offer. This is your organization, your chapter. Everything we do is designed to benefit all members, homeowner leaders, professional property managers and business partners alike!! So with that, let’s get in, buckle up, and enjoy a ride through “The Greater Inland Empire -- The Heartland of Southern California.”
